Naturopathy is a form of health care that primarily uses nutrition, natural therapies (heat, cold, etc), lifestyle changes, and natural remedies (vitamins, herbs) to stimulate the body’s own healing powers.

Physical Therapy (PT) aims to maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and health. PT helps people of all ages function at their best. It can also help them have a better quality of life. There are many sub-specialties in PT. Some are heart/lung, hand therapy, children, lymphedema, nervous system, balance and dizziness, women’s health, wound care, and nerve testing.
Speech Therapy
Speech Therapy aims to help children and adults that have difficulty with speaking, sound production, swallowing difficulties and language to regain the ability to talk with other people and or swallow so they can eat without choking. A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is the health care professional that provides this service for both children and adults.
