The Healthyroads’ HRA, which is available in online and paper-based formats, asks employees to answer a series of questions related to their health. Employees then receive feedback acknowledging their commitment to good health, based on their responses. Once employees within a company complete the HRA, Healthyroads provides an aggregate summary to the employer regarding the health status of their employees as a group. This information may then be compared to national key health demographics, including nutrition, weight management, exercise and fitness, illness trends, and other health and wellness factors.
